BRAAI – Meatpal BBQ Rub – 2 kg

This rub is inspired by years of competition experience Dimitri and friends have gained at home and abroad. The Meatpal has a sweet savoury flavour and is not spicy and therefore fits into everyone's palette of flavours. As an all-round BBQ rub, it fits almost any dish as a seasoning (e.g.: seasoning in humus as a dip). But it is extremely suitable for pork and chicken. With this rub, they won 1st place in the Belgian Low & Slow BBQ Championship 2022 in the ribs category.

If you are a professional or a bulk consumer, this PRO pack is perfect for you. Our rubs are filled in a sturdy, high quality pouring bottle. The pouring bottle is semi-transparent so the spices do not discolour easily. Thanks to the handy integrated handles and wide mouth opening, you can easily refill your jars or use a spoon to scoop the product out of the pouring bottle.

Use and storage

Apply a generous layer of rub to your meat and let it soak in for at least 15min before using. Store the rub in a dark and cool place.
