The BRAAI Red Sauce is a recipe that Dimitri and his friends have refined over the years in their kitchen and tested at competitions. They use it as an all-round sauce in the base of our competition recipes. As a result, they came 1st in the Belgian Low & Slow BBQ Championship 2022 in the ribs category.

The Red Sauce has the right amount of sweet, a subtle sour touch and is not spicy. As an all-round BBQ sauce, it can be used dip, topping, glaze... This Kansas City Style barbecue sauce is produced in Belgium and is a real world hit! In 2022, the Red Sauce scored 4th place at The Jack Daniels World Championship BBQ in the sauce category.
