Is your order not to your satisfaction?

Exchange is possible under strict conditions:

• Contact the Kamado BBQ customer service in writing within 14 days of delivery
• Return the goods at your own expense within 20 days from delivery to:

• The item must not have been used or damaged.
• The item must be in its original undamaged packaging along with all accessories and instructions.
• BBQ furniture that is custom made cannot be returned.
