Naan Bread on the BBQ

Necessary Tools:

Preparation:

  • Light your Kamado and let it heat up to 200°C
  • Use the Meat Claws to pull apart the oyster mushrooms into thin strips
  • Mix the oyster mushrooms with a good amount of olive oil and the Spicy Chipotle BBQ Rub
  • Peel and chop the garlic cloves
  • Mix the apple cider vinegar, mustard, and yogurt, then add to the red cabbage, seasoning with salt and pepper
  • Place the Cast Iron Pan over direct heat and let it warm up
  • Heat some olive oil in the pan and cook the oyster mushrooms along with the garlic
  • After 4 minutes, add Braai Red Sauce and California Hot Sauce to taste, and cook until everything is nicely browned and crispy
  • Place the vegetarian pulled pork between the naan bread and top with Gilroy Garlic Barbecue Sauce, the red cabbage, and some arugula
