Preparation:
- Light your kamado, allow it to reach 140°C and place the heat shields in position.
- Remove the membrane from the ribs and season them with your favourite BBQ rub.
- Coat the inside of the Dutch Oven with cooking butter.
- Slice the large onions and arrange the slices against the wall of the Dutch Oven.
- Place the ribs rolled up and upright against the onions.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Place the Dutch Oven on the Accessory Rack and put the lid on the Dutch Oven.
- Ready after 3 hours and you have the easiest delicious ribs ever on the table!
