Preparation:

  • Light your kamado, allow it to reach 140°C and place the heat shields in position.
  • Remove the membrane from the ribs and season them with your favourite BBQ rub.
  • Coat the inside of the Dutch Oven with cooking butter.
  • Slice the large onions and arrange the slices against the wall of the Dutch Oven.
  • Place the ribs rolled up and upright against the onions.
  • Add all the other ingredients.
  • Place the Dutch Oven on the Accessory Rack and put the lid on the Dutch Oven.
  • Ready after 3 hours and you have the easiest delicious ribs ever on the table!

Tip! Ideal for large groups!
