Chorizo de cerdo para untar (Entrepeñas)

This product typically has a rich, savoury and mildly spicy chorizo flavour. The paprika gives it its characteristic red colour and smoky, earthy aroma. As this is a spreadable variety, the fat and seasoning often come through more strongly than with cured chorizo.

🔥 Great for the BBQ

This is actually a really versatile product to use on a kamado. For example:

• Chorizo picanha / stuffed chicken: Add some spreadable chorizo underneath the chicken skin or use it as a filling in a roulade.
• Chorizo butter: Mix Chorizo para untar with softened butter.
• Spanish BBQ potatoes: Cook the potatoes and finish them by mixing in a little of the chorizo.
• Chorizo on bread: Spread thinly over slices of baguette, optionally topped with Manchego, and briefly grill on the BBQ.
