The MONOLITH TWO.66 Solo is the largest model in the MONOLITH family, designed for anyone who wants to show off their culinary skills. Its impressive 52 cm diameter grilling surface makes it the ideal Kamado for extensive gourmet BBQs, whether for a large garden party, a course meal or for professionals at the grill who want to experiment with space and possibilities.

The high-quality ceramic of the TWO.66 Solo ensures excellent heat retention and even heat distribution, while the fibreglass gasket with stainless steel inlay in the lid and body ensures optimum sealing and easy maintenance. A robust cast iron cap with a slide system ensures precise temperature adjustment, even when the lid is opened. This model is equipped with a BBQ Guru adapter.

The split firebox and the integrated stainless steel ash collection system not only make cleaning easier, but also facilitate great handling when grilling. The innovative smoke chip feeder system allows you to add smoke flavours without compromising temperature stability. The specially developed, smooth-running lid hinge makes operating this spacious grill child's play. The Smart Grid System gives you additional flexibility during preparation: simultaneous indirect cooking and direct grilling are easy with the TWO.66 Solo.

Internal structure

The Smart Grid System of the Monolith TWO.66 Solo offers a number of handy features for your barbecue experience. With a grid diameter of 44 cm, this kamado is perfect for grilling, baking, smoking and cooking. The system provides flexibility in preparing meals on multiple levels if needed.

This innovative system uses split barbecue areas at different heights, where the stainless steel barbecue grid can be used in two parts. This also applies to the cast-iron grates, deflector stones, cast-iron planchas and stainless steel drip trays.

The 1/2 division of the drip trays and deflector stones even allows you to use a direct and an indirect zone in the barbecue at the same time, while significantly reducing the risk of fat burning.

The Smart Grid System also has two handy handles that allow you to easily remove the entire system from the kamado. The airtight design ensures constant temperatures in the Monolith.

All components of the Monolith ceramic barbecue are designed with good airtightness in mind, including high-quality seals and a cast-iron ventilation hood for precise temperature control without fluctuations.

Thanks to the excellent sealing, the coals glow through quickly and extinguish easily by simply closing the air supply and ventilation hood, so you can even reuse the charcoal for your next barbecue session.

The TWO.66 Solo Monolith firebox includes a metal frame with five ceramic segments that minimise stress cracks and ensure long life. The ash collection system is quick and convenient to empty with the included ash scoop.
