Get the most out of cooking over a wood fire with Gozney Wood. This high-quality hardwood, made from ash and beech, has been kiln-dried to a moisture content of 15 per cent. As a result, it burns efficiently and vigorously, producing a beautiful, rolling flame, minimal smoke and the characteristic, rich flavour of wood-fired cooking.

The logs have been specially cut to size for use in the Gozney Dome. This ensures a powerful and even burn, ideal for bringing your pizza oven up to temperature and baking delicious pizzas.

How much wood do you need?
Consumption depends on your cooking method and the desired temperature. To fully heat up the Gozney Dome and for a pizza session for an average family, youāll need around 3.5 kg of wood. At maximum temperatures, the oven consumes around 2 kg of wood per hour.
