Then make use of our Technical Assistance service. Our technicians will come to you and help resolve the problem on site.

• Technical Assistance: €150 for the first hour / €35 per started half hour thereafter. This rate applies when the service is scheduled by us. If you choose a specific date and time, our standard delivery rates apply.
• Would you rather bring your appliance to us? That’s also possible. Please note that the rate is €70 per hour.

 *General terms and conditions:

• We expect the appliance to be in a reasonable condition. An additional charge may apply for extremely dirty or neglected appliances. Please send us photos of your kamado in advance.
• As the owner of the appliance, we ask that you are present or nearby while the repair is being carried out. This allows you to indicate where any adjustments may be needed. For the removal and reinstallation of certain parts, the assistance of a second person is required, especially for larger models such as the Big Joe, Bastard XL or Monolith LeChef.
• The customer must provide hot water on site.
