This Restaurant Grade Charcoal contains large pieces of charcoal of exceptional, professional-grade quality.

 

This Restaurant Grade charcoal is produced in South Africa from African Black Wattle, a type of acacia wood (Acacia mearnsii). African Black Wattle is an invasive species originally introduced from Australia and is now actively removed in Africa to protect native tree species.

The hard acacia wood of African Black Wattle is ideally suited for producing premium-quality charcoal. This charcoal is widely used by professionals and restaurants and is often regarded as the Rolls Royce of charcoal – true professional-grade quality.

It burns long, steady and controlled, allowing your kamado to reach temperature quickly and efficiently.
Thanks to the large charcoal pieces, airflow remains optimal and the kamado’s air intake does not get blocked.
