The pack includes natural kindling shavings, kindling sticks and various logs to place in the fuel drawer at the back of the oven to create a fire that adds a subtle, smoky flavour to the dishes you make in the oven.

The sustainably produced pieces of oak hardwood are specially made for the Karu 16 pizza oven. The wood is also kiln-dried to a moisture content of 15 -20 % for optimal preparation of your pizzas. The weight of the box is 11 kg.
The contents of the box are: 8 x Ooni Premium lighting shavings, Ooni Premium hardwood oak logs 13 cm (25 % of the contents), Ooni Premium Oak pieces 10 cm (25 % of the contents) and Ooni Premium hardwood oak logs 20 cm (50 % of the contents).
