BARBECOA Korean Chicken – 500 ml

Recipe by European Champion Tom Bertels, inspired by the classic Buffalo wing sauce, but elevated with the heat of Korean chili peppers in a wonderfully creamy sauce.
This sauce is not meant to overpower your meat, but to transform it into an authentic Korean flavor explosion with a creamy twist.

USE

As a cold dipping sauce for chicken wings and scampi, mixed into wok dishes, or as a finishing sauce over grilled chicken. Also perfect as a marinade.

Serve cold for the best flavor experience.

Ingredients

Water, vegetable oil (rapeseed, sunflower), sugar, 4.6% gochujang (chili pepper, WHEAT FLOUR (GLUTEN), SOYBEANS, malt syrup, glutinous rice, salt, alcohol), chili peppers, modified corn starch, miso, soy sauce, garlic, salt, natural vinegar, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), food acids (citric acid, lactic acid), modified potato starch, balsamic vinegar, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum), natural flavorings, colorings (paprika extract, beta-carotene), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA).
