Tomasu Salt

This Tomasu salt is made from gros sel de Guérande (salt), harvested in Brittany, France. As this salt is one of the four ingredients in Tomasu soy sauce, it seemed logical to make salt with soy sauce. Barrels are filled with salt and topped up with freshly pressed soy sauce, allowing the flavours to blend and mature, resulting in a uniquely flavourful salt.
