Our specialist will carry out the first clean burn with you, so that you know exactly how to light and maintain your BBQ. We take the time to answer all your questions and take away the packaging materials right away, so you can enjoy your new BBQ immediately.

We will schedule delivery when we are in your area, and keep you informed of the date and time.

Premium delivery

 

Do you want delivery, assembly and also detailed instructions on how to use and maintain your BBQ? Then choose our ‘Premium delivery’ service.

Our specialist will help you with the installation and perform the first clean burn together with you, so that your BBQ is perfectly installed and you know exactly how to light and maintain it. We take the time to answer all your questions, so you can enjoy your new BBQ carefree.

We will schedule the delivery when we are in your area, and keep you informed of the date and time.

Would you like us to recycle the packaging materials for you after delivery and installation? Then choose our ‘Premium+ delivery’!

 

Delivery without assembly

 

Delivery is made via our transport partners. The appliance is delivered on a pallet and the driver places it as close to your front door as possible.

We will send you detailed information on installation so that you can easily start using your BBQ yourself.

Of course, our specialists are always at your service if you have any questions!

Pick up

 

Want to pick up your BBQ appliance yourself? Visit the huge Kamado BBQ Hall and where you can pick it up yourself and receive € 50 discount.

Please contact us before coming by so we can prepare your order and see together how best to transport the appliance. Please note that the BBQ is often packed in large boxes that do not fit in every car.

Pallet delivery by appointment

Don’t want to miss the delivery of your brand new kamado or pizza oven? Select this option and the transport company will contact you to arrange an appointment.

Pallet delivery

The item you have selected is too heavy to be shipped as is. To ensure it reaches you safely, we place it on a sturdy wooden pallet – with additional protection on top if necessary – and pack it securely.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be present at the time of delivery and sign for receipt. On the morning of the delivery day, the delivery company will send you a time slot. If this isn’t always possible, it’s best to opt for a scheduled delivery. If a second delivery is required, an additional charge of €50 will apply.
