Ooni Karu 2 Pro Gas Burner 37 MBAR

This Ooni Karu 2 Pro Gas Burner can be easily attached to the back of your Ooni Karu 2 Pro, allowing you to use your pizza oven on gas in a convenient and effortless way.

Cooking with gas is just as fast and reaches the same high temperatures as using wood or charcoal, but thanks to the temperature control dial, you can easily work across a wide range of temperatures. You can just as easily grill a steak in your Karu 2 Pro as you can have a pizza ready on your plate in 60 seconds.

Good to know

• This gas burner is suitable for a gas pressure of 37 MBAR, which is the standard pressure of gas cylinders in Belgium and Luxembourg. In the Netherlands, the standard pressure is 30 MBAR.
• This gas burner is only for outdoor use and only designed, tested and approved for use with Ooni Karu 2 Pro or Karu 16 ovens.
