The OFYR Cage 100 is the perfect accessory for the chef who loves show cooking. Its dome-shaped structure allows food to be suspended from the steel arches, creating a unique and interactive visual element.
The heat of the fire slowly cooks the ingredients, from meat and fish to fruit and vegetables.

Because the Cage 100 is attached to the inner edge of the plate, the cooking surface remains free to prepare other dishes. Ingredients can be hung in the Cage with skewers and S-hooks.
