The technology of this spiral mixer combines a double rotation of bowl and dough hook. That way the ingredients are gently mixed and kneaded against the stainless steel breaking bar. This double kneading action creates long strands of gluten. The dough has to develop and rise effectively.

With one turn of the knob, you precisely adjust the mixing to 58 speed settings, from 60 to more than 1000 rpm's. You can also set a digital timer to automatically stop the mixer when the time is up. And the powerful motor effortlessly kneads up to 5 kilograms of dough - enough for twenty 30 cm pizzas!

Traditional spiral mixer bowls rotate, powered by a motor under the base, and are rarely removable, making them difficult to clean. The Halo Pro Spiral Mixer's stainless steel rotating bowl is not only removable, but also dishwasher safe.
