The double-sided Cast Iron Plancha from Monolith has a flat and a ribbed side.
Can be used for fine vegetables, shellfish and meat, but also for grilling steaks or larger pieces of fish and vegetables.
The semi-circular design fits exactly on half of the grill surface, allowing you to combine it with other grids such as the stainless steel or cast iron grids.
Made of cast iron, this grill ensures more intense roasting and a flavourful roasting aroma on your food.
