Valhal Outdoor's wok are already pre-treated with a natural oil, so you do not need to do this yourself before first use. However, we do recommend heating the wok thoroughly before using it for the first time. If you take good care of your wok, you will have a pan for life. Ask for our cast iron treatment document to extend the life of your wok!
