Your preparation is therefore surrounded by clouds of delicious smoke and cooks at an even heat. This gives a richer flavor and significantly less heat.
New airflow for richer flavor
The patented shape of the SlōRoller creates a pressure difference. The swirling air flows to a low pressure area around the grill plate. Because of this new airflow, the smoke stays around the food longer. This way it gets an optimal smoky taste.
Evenly distributed heat
The SlōRoller creates a new airflow that creates up to 80% fewer heat spots. This even temperature distribution is unique in the world of kamado grilling.
Because the Kamado Joe's generation I and II have a smaller bottom half compared to the generation III models a lower Flexible Cooking Rack is included! So no need to worry if it will fit your Kamado Joe!
