Firewood for OFYR – Beech

Beech firewood is the most commonly used wood type among efficiency stokers. This hard type of wood burns longer compared to softwood, thus giving you a higher yield. In terms of hardness, it sits between ash and oak.

Beech wood is ideal for preparing dishes in an OFYR, wood oven, barbecue or braai because it has a relatively long burn time.

Characteristics

• Beech wood is high-quality hard firewood for your fireplace, stove, OFYR or pizza oven.
  This dried beech wood has a moisture content of -20%.
• The wood is sawn and split at a length of +-30 cm.
• And delivered stacked in sturdy wooden crates.
• Available in 1 m³ and 1.8 m³ crates.
• Deliveries are grouped by region and take 1 to 2 weeks.
• Only available for delivery in Belgium!
