The Junior Joe is the little brother of the Kamado Joe family. It has a more basic kit compared to its big brothers. It is delivered with a complete round grid and heat shield.
Its solid base with handles provides a better working height and makes it easy to move around. The Junior model of Kamado Joe is therefore extremely suitable for cooking at home but also on the move. Although it is compact, it can for example, accommodate a full chicken.
Only at Kamado BBQ you will find accessories such as a Stainless Steel Drip Tray, Cast Iron Grate and Pizza Stone that we sourced especially to fit the Junior Joe!

The two basic principles:
- Mass: The large mass, high weight of your Kamado Joe makes it very easy to maintain the same temperature for a long time, even in cold or windy weather.
- Airtight closure: The dome of your Kamado Joe fits very well to the base thanks to the gasket. This allows you to determine the exact amount of air that can enter the device. You can control the temperature very precisely and limit the airflow in your kamado to a minimum. The result? Very low charcoal consumption and maximum moisture retention in your meat and other dishes.
This makes a Kamado Joe super convenient to use and versatile!
