Avoid the dishwasher! But a true Bastard just washes it by hand. Keeping the Phantom Frypan greasy in light frying will give you the best results. Should the pan accidentally end up in the dishwasher, this is no problem at all. Lightly bake again and you can get back to preparing epic dishes!<\/p>\n
Preferably not with soap, as this can soak into the pan. If necessary, use a scouring pad or steel wool, but be careful not to damage the pan.<\/p>\n
Dry the pan well, it must be completely dry before frying. To be sure, leave the pan on the stove for a while to dry out completely.<\/p>\n
Apply a thin layer of neutral oil (e.g. groundnut, sunflower or linseed oil) to the pan. It is better to use several thin layers than fewer thick ones.<\/p>\n

Caution!<\/strong> Do not wash the pan with soap after firing, as the soap will remove the patina. Once the pan has been washed with soap, you will notice your products sticking to the pan again.
