Tomasu – Salt & Sambal Package

Tomasu salt is made from “gros sel de Guérande” (salt), harvested in Brittany, France. The salt is placed in barrels and topped up with freshly pressed soy sauce, allowing the flavours to blend and mature, resulting in a uniquely flavourful salt.

Tomasu sambal is made from Madame Jeanette chillies and sesame seeds, soaked in their sweet and spicy soy sauce. The process begins with brewing soy sauce for more than 24 months, followed by another 6 months to create the sweet and spicy variety. The final step is to ferment the residue for another 6 months, resulting in a truly unrivalled sambal.
