Instructions:
 
- Fill the Cold Smoke Generator with smoke moth and light it by placing a candle under the bevel.
- When the smoking wood dust starts to smolder (first piece black), take away the candle and you are ready to smoke meat, fish or cheese
- The ventilation opening at the bottom of your Kamado Joe opens +/- 1 cm
- Your top vent opening is comparable to that of Slow Cooking
- The Cold Smoke Generator produces “cold” smoke for 10-12 hours (depending on the coarseness and type of smoking wood dust).
- If you wish to smoke for a longer period of time, you can refill the Cold Smoke Generator and light it again.
