- Ceramic firebox for greater efficiency and lower charcoal consumption.
- The grill has an adjustable hinge, making it easy to open the lid without having to take it off completely.
- Simply adjust the height of the lid and insert the SloRoller - Kamado Joe's hyperbolic heat shield for an optimal low & slow session with unmatched heat distribution.
- Folding side tables for a large work surface but still easy to store.
- Pull-out ash pan for quick and easy cleaning of the grill without having to remove the firebox.
- Base with four swivel castors, two of which have brakes, allows for easy movement of your BBQ.
TIP! : You can use the half moon heat shields for the Big Joe (Half Moon Heat Deflectors) to create direct and indirect zones.
